  1. Who we are. PulseADR is run by AstraCivic [legal entity type and state]. "We" means AstraCivic. "You" means the hotel that signs up.
  2. The service. When you send us rate-shop reports, we read them and show you, for each night, your rate next to the comp median from your report, the difference, and how many comps your report shows as sold out. Where you add booking data, your private board also shows estimated dollar figures with the method printed beside them.
  3. Not pricing advice. The board shows market information and estimates. It is not pricing, financial or legal advice. You set your own rates. We never change your rates or push rates to any system.
  4. Your data. You keep ownership of everything you send. You confirm you have the right to share the reports you send, including under any agreement with your rate-shop provider. We never disclose which hotels use PulseADR.
  5. First report, free start and billing. Your first report is free. A free start of 30 (proposed) days begins only when you ask for it and we confirm by email. No card is needed during the free start (proposed). You are charged only if you choose to subscribe; then the monthly price shown on the site applies, billed monthly in advance per property. Founding rates stay fixed for 12 months from your first paid month. If you do not subscribe, new reports stop being processed at the end of the free start and your account becomes read-only. We delete your uploaded reports when you ask, or after [deletion period] days.
  6. Cancellation and refunds. Cancel any time by email. Service runs to the end of the paid month. We do not refund partial months (proposed). If we stop the service ourselves, we refund the unused part of the month.
  7. Acceptable use. Do not resell the board, share your login outside your property, or try to access another hotel's data. Do not use PulseADR to agree, coordinate or exchange rates or plans with another hotel or any competitor. PulseADR is for your own independent decisions.
  8. Disclaimers. Estimates can be wrong. Data from third-party reports can be late or wrong. The service is provided as is.
  9. Liability cap. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost revenue or indirect losses.
